My parents gave me my very first *real* leather jacket for Christmas, and I've been wearing it every chance I get! It's the perfect neutral color and boxy cut for layering over so many different colors and silhouettes, and the quality is luxurious compared to my budget faux-leather jackets from F21. So, needless to say...awesome gift.

I got my first leather jacket for my birthday last year, in black, and it has been such a staple! I wear it so much. i want one in the color you have or in a chesnutty brown now haha! :) I got a patagonia which i really wanted even though it's not fashionable it's for comfy days ;). I also got doc martens which are probably my FAVORITE gift! I have wanted them in black forever (i've had the same pair of knockoffs since 7th grade haha) so i'm SO SO HAPPY :)

Your parents have good taste! I can't make the color but I think I saw taupe? Good leather jacket will go a long way and yours are cut in such versatile/classic way so definitely a keeper! I am hoping to snatch another Balenciaga moto leather jacket soon.. don't know how will I justify that kind of spending on leather jacket when I live in the desert though ;)
